Garden Boudoir Photo Shoot with Carlee: South Jersey Boudoir Photography

Ever since we moved into our Collingswood, New Jersey studio, I've been dreaming about an outdoor/ garden boudoir photo shoot like this.  Something about summer always seems to get me itching to try new things or bring an idea to fruition.  Little by little I started gathering inspiration, pretty wardrobe pieces, and then brought the idea to Shannon and Carlee (of course they were both on board).  These two ladies are always key in helping pull something like this off, we just get each other.  Our own little photo shoot dream team. We started shooting around 8am for good light and to try to avoid the mid day July heat, but were having such a blast that we worked well into the afternoon.   We worked from a knee deep pile of wardrobe pieces and chose about 6 to work with.  This first set was shot in a Victoria's Secret romper that Shannon brought along with a bed that I set up in the garden area.  These are just a few of my favorites from this set and I wanted to start sharing them right away. So check back soon, there are lots more to come!   You can also book your own garden boudoir shoot with us as part of the Luxe session and of course, weather permitting.

I'm Soooo Ready For Spring

I am so ready for Spring.  Since this seemingly never ending winter has given me a major case of the blues, I started looking for some pretty images that reminded me of that magical time of year.

Another one of my favorites from the Boudoir on Film workshop with Danielle Fletcher.

Thank you again Nissa for being so much fun to work with!

Boudoir On Film Workshop- Part 2

I know I am the worst when it comes to keeping up with sharing photos of all of my gorgeous clients.  I was going through some old photos this past weekend,  and I came across some more images that I took at Danielle Fletcher's Boudoir on Film workshop last Spring.  Our model for this shoot was actually our waitress from the restaurant we had dinner at the night before.  We kind of sprung the idea of her modeling for us at the last minute, and we were thrilled when she actually agreed!  She had the most beautiful blue eyes and moved so gracefully.  It was super windy in the little alley that we were working in, but I love how it worked with her outfit and hair.  There are a ton of little spots similar to this one near our Collingswood studio.  If you are interested in setting up a shoot, email us via the contact page!

Our Amazing New Glamour and Boudoir Studio

Glamour and Boudoir by Glamour Bitch Photography has officially opened our new studio!  So far, it  has exceeded every one of our expectations and we think you will agree. We are now located in the quaint and charming heart of Collingswood, NJ, just a short drive from the old studio. Our gorgeous new space offers clean beautiful light, original hard wood floors, crown molding and a vintage feel both inside and out. All of these little details are now making our sessions even more unique and even more glamorous than before.  The studio easily accessible via car or train, especially since we are located right next to the Collingswood PATCO station. There are TONS of great restaurants and cute boutiques located in our neighborhood, too.

Take a peek at some of the photos, and make sure you come check us out in person.  You can also see photos from Susan and Shannon's session in our new space in previous posts!

Boudoir on Film Workshop

Recently I had the pleasure of traveling to Rhode Island for the Boudoir on Film workshop hosted by Danielle Fletcher.  We were guests at a beautiful bed and breakfast there and were able to shoot pretty much anywhere on the amazing grounds.  It was a girlie retreat, learning experience, and a huge source of growth for me both personally and professionally.  The few days that I spent with these super talented ladies, changed me forever.  Danielle is an amazing photographer who believes in her vision and isn't afraid to push you to believe in yours. Nissa, a ballerina, not a model was gracious enough to pose for us photographers and she did a beautiful job.  This is the first set of photos I am sharing from the workshop.  Plenty more to come.
